Platner Brook Farm is located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of New York. We are a family-owned farm, raising grass-fed sheep & lamb.
The Farm.
Like many of the farms in this region, our farm was historically used for dairy. Prior to our family owning the farm, the previous owners had lived here for nearly their entire lives, growing up just a half mile down the road. They put a lot of hard work into this farm, and we are honored to carry on maintaining the land and continuing to make it better for future generations.
Our Family.
Platner Brook Farm is a small family run farm. We like to know where the food we put on our table comes from, that is why we are committed to raising healthy, grass-fed sheep. We welcome visitors to our farm to come learn, experience and see what we’re up to.
