• 12 loin chops (in packages of 2)

• 4 shanks

• 6 x 1lb packages ground lamb

• 2lbs Merguez or Chorizo sausage

• 2 bone-in leg roast

• + Organs (if wanted)

All lamb cuts are USDA processed, vacuum sealed and frozen. Frozen packages will keep in your freezer for up to a year. Defrosted and unopened packages should be cooked within a week of defrosting. A Half Share Lamb Box will fill an approximate volume of a standard sized milk crate in your freezer.
